Purpose of the Scholarship
This scholarship is designed to support healthcare professionals who reside in rural communities. Our goal is to increase access to high-quality healthcare and support rural communities by providing financial assistance to individuals pursuing education or training in healthcare-related fields.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Innova Impact Foundation scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

Location: Must be a resident of a rural area, one in which Innova partners with a local hospital or healthcare facility.

Healthcare Focus: Must be enrolled in or accepted into a healthcare-related educational program (e.g., nursing school, allied health programs for role such as medical technician, medical assistant, phlebotomist, etc. or pre-hospital medicine programs like an EMT or paramedic program.)

Commitment to Rural Healthcare: Must demonstrate intent to practice healthcare in a rural or underserved area after graduation.

GPA/Academic Requirements: Demonstrate a minimum GPA of 3.0 or other similar academic standard in a post-secondary setting. High school grades are not required.

Exclusion: Applicant cannot be an Innova employee or related to an Innova employee.

Deadline: All applications must be submitted by May 15, 2025.
Awards
Scholarship awards for the 2025-2026 academic year will be announced via email to all applicants by July 1, 2025. Each scholarship will be approximately $10,000 per school year, with payments made directly to the educational institution to cover the recipient’s tuition and related educational expenses.
